Welcome to Amy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”). Please read the following terms carefully before registering, accessing, or using any services provided by the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services
The Platform offers a range of services including, but not limited to: securities trading, cross-border investment, fund and digital asset trading support, market information and research reports, compliance reviews, and customer support.
The Platform reserves the right to modify or update its service offerings at any time in accordance with market or regulatory requirements.

2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity for civil conduct.
Users must ensure that all identity information and documentation provided during registration and usage are truthful, complete, and lawful.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to users for regulatory or compliance reasons.

3. Risk Disclosure
Investments in financial markets—including stocks, funds, derivatives, and digital assets—are subject to volatility and uncertainty. Users must make independent decisions and bear all associated risks.
Market information, analysis, or strategies provided by the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice.
All investments carry risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Compliance and Regulation
The Platform is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and holds Pre-IPO and STO (Security Token Offering) licenses. It strictly complies with international regulatory standards including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer).
Users are required to complete identity verification and compliance checks. If false or illegal information is detected, the Platform reserves the right to take appropriate restrictive measures.

5. Fund and Account Security
User funds are protected by multiple layers of security, including multi-signature wallets, cold-hot wallet separation, and HSM (Hardware Security Module) encryption.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and trading passwords. The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including trademarks, images, data, trading systems, and research reports—is legally protected. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be held liable for losses caused by force majeure events such as network disruptions, system failures, or changes in regulatory policy.
Users shall bear sole responsibility for any losses resulting from violations of the law or these terms.

8. Amendments and Interpretation
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory changes, or business needs.

Revised terms shall take effect upon publication.

The final right of interpretation of these terms belongs to Amy Exchange.
